Every doventras dress is packed and sent by our partner warehouse in China. There is no US stock, so please plan ahead: a typical order arrives 11–17 business days after you place it.
How the 11–17 days break down
- 3–5 business days — the warehouse picks, checks and packs your order.
- 8–12 business days — the parcel travels to you and is delivered by USPS or FedEx.
Our cut-off is 6:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday. An order placed after the cut-off, on a weekend or on a public holiday starts counting on the next business day. Dates shown are estimates; customs clearance or carrier delays can add days, and we will tell you if we see a delay on your tracking.
What shipping costs
A flat $7.95 per order. Orders of $60 or more ship free — the $60 is counted after any discount code. Import duties are already built into our prices, so nothing is collected at your door. No sales tax is added at checkout.
Where we deliver
We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. P.O. Boxes are fine: those parcels are always handed to USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking
When the warehouse hands your parcel to the carrier, we email a tracking link. Tracking can take a day or two to show the first scan. If your tracking stops updating, write to support@doventras.com and we will check with the carrier.
Wrong address?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we can correct it. Once a parcel has left the warehouse, the address can no longer be changed.
