How long until my dress arrives?
Plan on 11–17 business days: 3–5 to prepare the order at our partner warehouse in China and 8–12 in transit. See Shipping.
Is there a cut-off time?
Yes, 6:00 PM MT on business days. Later orders start the next business day.
What does shipping cost?
$7.95 per order, free from $60 after discounts.
Do I pay customs or sales tax?
No. Import duties are included in the price and no sales tax is added at checkout.
Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO address?
Not at the moment. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. P.O. Boxes are fine and go by USPS.
I need the dress for a specific date. What should I do?
Count 17 business days back from your event and order before then. If the date is close, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
How do returns work?
Within 30 days of delivery, email us for a free return label. Items must be unworn with tags and original packaging. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the item reaches the returns warehouse.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering — email support@doventras.com.
Do you text customers?
No. We only email, and marketing emails are sent only if you sign up.
